Introduction
Quick couplings are vital components in hydraulic systems, enabling fast and secure connection/disconnection of circuit sections without leakage. Engineered for industrial use, they are built to withstand high pressures and frequent operations while ensuring system integrity.
Description
Constructed from high-quality carbon steel with heat-treated wear parts (sleeve and pin), these couplings deliver durability and mechanical strength under harsh conditions. Sealing is achieved using NBR (nitrile rubber) and a PTFE anti-extrusion ring, ensuring excellent leak resistance. The coupling and uncoupling mechanism operates by retracting the sleeve on the female connector, with no tools required.
These couplings are not designed for connection or disconnection under pressure. Following ISO 7241-1 Series A standards, they are interchangeable with other brands using the same interface. The Cr(III) trivalent zinc coating provides corrosion resistance and extends service life. Available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" NPT thread sizes.
