Introduction
MPE progressive distributors are formed by modular elements, offering flexibility and adaptability for various lubrication applications.
Description
MPE progressive distributors have intermediate sections with dosing pistons of various capacities. They are fixed on a modular base plate, composed of an initial section, subplates and a final section. The lubricant is admitted under pressure through the initial section. The parts are fixed with screws and studs, sealed by o-rings. The intermediate sections are interchangeable and serve up to 20 points per distributor. They can be easily removed because the tubing is fixed to the last subplate.
The sequence of a progressive distributor occurs in an orderly and constant manner. Each section only acts after the previous one completes the piston stroke. It injects dosed lubricant into the bearing or secondary distributor before proceeding. With the flow under pressure, the sections continue to operate progressively. When the flow stops, the pistons stop and restart from the same point when resuming.
