Description
With its 3-way control valve, it allows raising or lowering the pump and follower plate, facilitating the replacement of 180–220 kg (400 lbs) drums. It is especially recommended for application with greases and high viscosity materials (from 200 CPS to 500 ASTM).
The follower plate is pressed down by pressurized pneumatic cylinders, preventing interruptions in the grease flow caused by air pockets in the product bed. In addition, it allows the total collection of grease from the internal walls to the bottom of the drum, with the pump suction being assisted.
