Introduction
The Gearbox Shielding Kit is designed to protect lubrication and transmission systems from contamination and external impact during oil transfer operations. It enhances operational safety, extends component life, and lowers maintenance costs.
Description
This kit provides a secure interface for oil transfer and sampling in gear reducers, using robust connections that ensure leak-free and safe operation in industrial environments. Fluid is transferred via a 1” quick coupling, connected through corrosion-resistant aluminum tubing for efficient handling.
The kit includes male and female couplings according to ISO 7241-1 Series A, supporting a flow rate of up to 110 L/min. It also features a 1” BSP female breather port and a 1” NPT male process connection, ensuring quick and reliable integration with gearbox systems.
