Introduction
The Drum Shielding Kit with Coalescing Breather is an advanced and efficient solution designed to protect storage drums against external contamination, while ensuring proper management of moisture and solid particles present in the air. This system combines high performance, durability and practicality, making it ideal for industrial applications that require strict quality and safety control.
Description
Breather Filtration: Filters solid particles down to 3 microns with 97% efficiency; Moisture removal: reversible adsorption; Removes moisture vapor from intake air and expels moisture back into the atmosphere. Breather Material: ABS plastic (acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene). Saturation: Saturation indicator triggered by differential pressure, flashes red to indicate replacement is needed. With indicator setting 0.07 bar / 1 psid.
Fluid transfer: Performed through a 1-inch quick coupling, connected to the reservoir via aluminum tubing. Quick coupling: Includes 1-inch male and female couplings according to ISO 7241-1 Series standard in galvanized carbon steel coupled with 45⁰ reduction connections. Collection point: Ball valve with 1/8" NPT push-in connection, 6 mm diameter, connected to the reservoir via aluminum tubing. Shielding material: Aluminum. Breather connection: 1" BSP female. Drum connection: 2" BSP male.
