Introduction
The Drum Shielding Kit is designed to safeguard oil transfer and filtration operations directly at the drum, reducing component wear and preventing contamination. It includes standardized connections, an integrated sampling point, and a breather port, enhancing process stability and equipment longevity in industrial applications.
Description
Built with durable materials, the Drum Shielding Kit enables fluid transfer and filtration directly from the drum without exposing the system to external contaminants. It features 1” quick couplings (ISO 7241-1 Series A) for both suction and return lines, connected via aluminum tubing, ensuring compatibility with various oil types and mechanical reliability.
The kit also provides a dedicated sampling point with a 1/8” NPT ball valve and 6 mm push-in tubing, a 1” BSP female breather port, and a drum connection via 2” BSP male thread. With a maximum flow rate of 45 L/min, the kit allows for safe fluid handling, quick inspections, and reduced downtime during maintenance.
