Description
The Drum Shielding Kit is a set of components designed to protect equipment against external impacts during oil transfer and filtering directly in the drum. In addition to offering protection, the kit includes a specific point for oil collection, facilitating analysis without interrupting the process. With this shielding, there is a reduction in maintenance costs, as it reduces the wear of components, extending the lifespan of hydraulic systems. Furthermore, the kit improves the efficiency of oil filtering and transfer, ensuring more stable and safe performance for industrial operations.
Fluid transfer: Performed through a 1-inch quick coupling, connected to the reservoir via aluminum tubing. Fluid filtering: Can be performed directly in the drum, with suction and return connected via quick couplings. Quick coupling: Includes 1-inch male and female couplings for suction and return, according to ISO 7241-1 Series A standard. Collection point: Ball valve with 1/8" NPT push-in connection, 6 mm diameter, connected to the reservoir via aluminum tubing.
