Description
The Drain Hub is manufactured in high-durability aluminum, providing oxidation resistance and ensuring longevity in demanding industrial environments. This device acts as an anchoring block, allowing the conversion of a single drain outlet into multiple points for distinct applications. Equipped with a level column that has a coalescent breather for pressure control, the hub also has a specific reservoir for the collection of ferromagnetic particulates, a Pitot tube for oil sampling, and a quick coupling system that facilitates efficient fluid removal. The connection to the process is made through a 1" NPT thread, and the entire system is designed with effective shielding, preventing contamination and ensuring operational safety and reliability.
The Drain Hub includes a level column with a borosilicate sight glass and stainless steel protection, a coalescent breather connected by a 1/4" NPT thread, a magnetic collector with a magnetic pin and borosilicate reservoir, a 1” quick coupling for fluid removal, and a 1/8" NPT ball valve with push-in connection for collection.
