Introduction
The Coalescing Breather is designed to protect hydraulic reservoirs from moisture and particle ingress. Its unique regenerative technology continuously absorbs and expels humidity without saturation, ensuring long-lasting performance. Ideal for both mobile and stationary tanks, it is available in models with or without LED saturation indicator.
Description
Unlike conventional breathers, this device prevents moisture saturation by using an internal decanting process that releases excess humidity back into the atmosphere. The built-in particulate filter captures 97% of solid particles down to 3 microns, keeping the tank fluid clean and contaminant-free. The reversible adsorption mechanism enhances the product’s service life.
The LED version includes a saturation indicator triggered by pressure differential, flashing red when filter replacement is needed (set to 0.07 bar / 1 psid). It operates with a CR2032 3V lithium battery, enabling easy visual monitoring. Constructed from ABS plastic, this breather offers a lightweight yet durable solution for harsh industrial environments.
