Introduction
The 3D Oil Level Sight Glass, also known as a “bullseye plug,” is designed for visual inspection of oil level and condition in compressors, gearboxes, generators, lathes, and other industrial machines. Its domed lens shape offers a magnified view, making oil monitoring easier and more accurate.
Description
Built with a corrosion-resistant brass body and a heat-tempered borosilicate glass lens, the sight glass withstands demanding environments, high temperatures, and industrial fluids. The hexagonal body allows easy installation, and the convex (3D) lens enhances oil visibility at a glance.
Sealing is ensured by a viton O-ring compressed between the lens and the brass body, providing excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures—handling peaks up to 280 °C. Available in various NPT thread sizes, the 3D Sight Glass fits different machine configurations while maintaining leak-proof performance.
