The NXP25LPMAC1 Portable Electric Filtration Unit is a compact, high-performance equipment designed for the preventive and corrective fluid maintenance in hydraulic and lubrication systems. With a nominal flow rate of 25 L/min and standard three-phase electrical power (220V), this unit is ideal for off-line filtration of hydraulic oils, lubricants, and diesel in bearings, gearboxes, bushings, and turbo generators. Its portability and ease of handling make it essential for quick replenishment and oil removal operations during maintenance.
Description
The core of the unit is the Absolute Classification Filtration (Beta 1,000), ensuring 99.9% particle retention, including contaminants down to 5 microns, which is critical for maintaining fluid cleanliness in compliance with the ISO 4406 standard. The standard filter element features synthetic fiber media and NBR seals. Pumping is carried out by the Hybel Aluminibeta Pump, which, despite its reduced size, offers high force and low weight. Its construction utilizes a main body made of aluminum alloy and a multiple gear rotor with plain bearings, allowing hydrostatic compensation and efficient operation with viscosities ranging from 32 to 220 cSt.
The unit is driven by a three-phase WEG Motor (1750 RPM, 60 Hz), recognized for its high efficiency, low noise and vibration levels, and excellent cost-benefit due to reduced energy consumption. The electrical supply system is robust, utilizing a contactor and thermal relay to protect the motor against overloads, activated by direct starting via an on/off button. Practicality is enhanced by quick couplings (suction/pressure) and 5-meter non-toxic hoses, while operational safety is reinforced by the presence of a Y Filter on the suction line and a Saturation Indicator (manometer) to monitor the filter element replacement need.
