The NXSP25LPMAC1F Semi-Portable Electric Filtration Unit is a versatile and robust equipment, essential for maintaining oil quality in hydraulic and lubrication systems. With a nominal flow rate of 25 L/min and three-phase electrical power (standard 220V), this unit is ideal for off-line filtration of hydraulic oils, lubricants, and diesel in bearings, gearboxes, bushings, and turbo generators. Its semi-portable design, featuring a Carbon Steel frame, ensures ease of relocation for rapid oil replenishment and removal actions during maintenance.
Description
This unit elevates the standard of fluid cleanliness through Absolute Classification Filtration (Beta 2,000). This technology guarantees an exceptional retention rate of 99.95% of particles, including contaminants down to 5 microns, in full compliance with the ISO 4406 standard. The filter element features synthetic fiber media and NBR seals. The flow is driven by the Hybel Aluminibeta Pump, a gear pump of reduced size and low weight, which uses a multiple rotor and plain bearings to offer hydrostatic compensation, ensuring efficient fluid handling across a wide viscosity range (32 to 460 cSt).
The drive is provided by a high-efficiency three-phase WEG Motor (1750 RPM, 60 Hz), renowned for its reliability, low noise and vibration levels, and excellent energy savings. The electrical supply system is robust, implementing a contactor and thermal relay to protect the motor against overloads, and is activated by direct start via button. For enhanced practicality, the unit is equipped with quick couplings and 5-meter non-toxic hoses. Equipment safety is ensured by the Y Filter on the suction line, which prevents the ingress of coarse debris, and the Saturation Indicator (manometer), which allows for precise monitoring of the filter element's lifespan.
