Introduction
The monoblock 2-outlet progressive divider is a robust carbon steel solution developed by Nexux for accurate grease flow splitting and control in centralized industrial lubrication systems.
Description
The SSVA progressive divider operates through the sequential displacement of internal pistons driven by hydraulic pressure, distributing grease to the lubrication points according to the operating sequence. The system operation is fully interdependent, meaning each piston must complete its full stroke before the next one can actuate. For this reason, a blockage in a single section immediately halts the entire assembly, allowing system monitoring to be performed by a sensor installed on the divider to continuously verify piston movement.
This distribution block ensures a fixed dosage of 200 mm3 per outlet per stroke, being highly recommended for severe industrial applications requiring uniform metering, such as in roller bearings, plain bearings, gears, and heavy machinery joints. Furthermore, the equipment design allows the combination of adjacent outlets by blocking ports, enabling different flow rates and lubricant proportions according to the specific needs of each project.
