Introduction
The NXP45LMPAC1F Portable Pneumatic Filtration Unit is a compact and intrinsically safe solution designed for oil management in hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and turbo generators. With a maximum flow rate of 45 L/min, this unit is the ideal choice for off-line filtration and replenishment in environments where the use of electrical power is restricted or unfeasible, including classified areas. Its pneumatic nature, combined with the light and portable design, ensures ease of movement and maximum reliability in fluid maintenance.
Description
This equipment guarantees high cleaning efficiency by utilizing the Absolute Classification Filtration standard (Beta 1,000), ensuring 99.9% particle retention and adherence to the ISO 4406 standard. The filter media is constructed from synthetic fiber with the capacity to retain contaminants down to 5 microns and uses NBR seals. The drive motor is a pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump, which offers high fluid volume at low air pressure and wide material compatibility, being inherently safe and ideal for rapid oil removal and cleaning operations.
The pneumatic supply system (1.4 to 8.3 bar) is activated by a mini ball valve (1/4" NPT Activation), which provides quick and precise control over the air flow. To ensure the quality of the operating air and protect the pump, the unit incorporates the Lubrifil Kit, an assembly that filters particles, regulates pressure, and adds lubrication to the compressed air. The robustness of the structure is guaranteed by SAE 1020 Carbon Steel. The unit comes equipped with 5-meter non-toxic Hoses and a Y Filter on the suction line, preventing the entry of larger debris into the equipment.
