The NXP28LPMI1 Portable Electric Filtration Unit is a specialized and compact equipment essential for maintaining oil quality in hydraulic and lubrication systems. Developed for off-line filtration with a flow rate of 28 L/min, it serves critical applications in bearings, gearboxes, bushings, and turbo generators. Its AISI 304 Stainless Steel construction provides superior corrosion resistance, combining portability with robustness for use in demanding industrial environments.
Description
The equipment employs the Absolute Classification Filtration standard (Beta 2,000), guaranteeing 99.95% particle retention, exceeding the requirements of the ISO 4406 standard. The standard filter element, with synthetic fiber media and Viton seals, has the capacity to retain contaminants down to 3 microns. The unit incorporates the Hybel Aluminibeta Pump, a multiple gear rotor pump that offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and hydrostatic compensation, ideal for the efficient handling of fluids with viscosities ranging from 32 to 220 cSt.
The drive is provided by a high-efficiency WEG Motor (three-phase, 1750 RPM, 60 Hz), which ensures low energy consumption and excellent service life. The electrical supply system (standard 220V) is protected by a contactor and thermal relay to prevent overload damage and is activated by direct start. To facilitate integration, the unit features quick couplings and 2-braid hydraulic hoses (available in 3 and 5 meters). Process safety is ensured by the Y Filter on the suction line, protecting the pump against larger debris, and the Saturation Indicator (manometer), which allows for precise monitoring of the filter element's lifespan.
