The NXM345LPMI2FU562 Pneumatic Mobile Filtration Unit is a high-performance and premium-built solution developed for fluid management in critical hydraulic and lubrication systems. Description
The primary differentiator of this unit lies in its ability to operate with fluids across a wide viscosity range (0.1 to 680 cSt) and its Absolute Classification Filtration standard (Beta 1,000), which guarantees 99.9% particle retention, including contaminants down to 4 microns. The unit is equipped with an advanced filtration method featuring a 3-position flow control valve, allowing operation with simple or bypass filtration, ensuring process continuity. The ASME ANSI B16.5 flanged connections (DN 2”) provide secure and standardized integration with existing systems.
For controlling the quality of the activation air, the Lubrifil Kit keeps the compressed air (1.4 to 8.3 bar) clean, regulated, and lubricated. Process efficiency is monitored by a Saturation Indicator composed of manometers at the filter inlet and outlet, which measure the differential pressure and signal the need for replacement. Safety and practicality are enhanced by the Sample Point with push-in valves for non-interruptive fluid sampling, the 1/2” Drain Valve on the containment tray, and Lifting Points made of stainless steel. Movement is facilitated by reinforced casters, two fixed and two swivel, with stainless steel metallic components.
