Description
This equipment utilizes the Absolute Classification Filtration standard (Beta 2,000), ensuring an exceptional retention rate of 99.95% of particles, which is fundamental for achieving and maintaining the ISO 4406 cleanliness levels required by sensitive components. The standard filter element, constructed with synthetic fiber and Viton seals, is effective in retaining particles down to 3 microns. The high flow capacity, combined with the mobility provided by rigid rubber casters, allows the unit to quickly perform filtration and oil removal during maintenance, such as fluid changes and reservoir cleaning, resulting in reduced downtime and increased productivity.
The pumping system is based on pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump technology, capable of moving large volumes of fluid efficiently even at low air pressures, offering excellent material compatibility. The supply air (1.4 to 8.3 bar) is treated and conditioned by the Lubrifil Kit, an essential component that ensures compressed air quality through filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication, thus extending the lifespan of the pump and the activation system. For equipment protection, the Y Filter on the suction line retains larger contaminants, while the Saturation Indicator (manometer) allows for precise management of the filter element replacement needs, guaranteeing the maintenance of maximum cleaning performance.
