Description
This unit ensures fluid quality excellence through Absolute Classification Filtration technology (Beta 2,000). This means a proven retention rate of 99.95% of particles, strictly adhering to the ISO 4406 cleanliness standard. The standard filter element, with synthetic fiber media and Viton seals, is effective in capturing contaminants down to 3 microns. The combination of high filtration performance and the robustness of Stainless Steel ensures the longevity of system components and minimizes shutdowns, serving as a versatile tool for oil replenishment and removal during maintenance.
The unit is driven by a pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump, which stands out for delivering high fluid volume even at low air pressure and offering wide material compatibility. The compressed air supply system (1.4 to 8.3 bar) is treated by the Lubrifil Kit, which ensures air quality (filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication), protecting the unit's internal components.
