Designed for predictive maintenance of industrial fluids, this unit offers a nominal flow rate of 125 L/min for efficient off-line filtration of hydraulic oils, lubricants, and diesel in critical equipment such as bearings, gearboxes, bushings, and turbo generators. Its pneumatic operation ensures safety and flexibility in environments without access to electrical power.
Description
The main technical differentiator is the incorporation of Absolute Classification Filtration (Beta 2,000), ensuring particle retention superior to 99.95% and strict adherence to the ISO 4406 cleanliness standard. The standard filter element, with synthetic fiber media and Viton seals, is capable of removing particles down to 3 microns, protecting sensitive system components against wear. The Aluminum frame and the swivel caster movement system facilitate the quick relocation of the unit to the point of need, making it ideal for rapid oil removal or replenishment during maintenance, thus minimizing operational shutdowns.
The unit is driven by a pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump, notable for delivering high fluid volume at low air pressure, while offering wide fluid compatibility. The compressed air supply (1.4 to 8.3 bar) is optimized and protected by the Lubrifil Kit, an assembly that filters, regulates pressure, and lubricates the air, ensuring the longevity of the pneumatic system.
