Description
The equipment features an integrated meter with a digital display that shows the adjustable batch in ounces and the cumulative total in pounds, providing excellent visual monitoring of the lubrication flow. Aiming for maximum operational versatility in industrial maintenance routines, the gun is fully compatible with rigid or flexible discharge pipes, and supports connections through straight or "Z" swivels.
Regarding the technical details of its internal functionality, the system operates on the principle of a progressive distributor with hydraulically driven pistons that work sequentially. Each section operates only after the completion of the previous stroke, which ensures a precise fixed dosage of 200 mm³ per outlet per cycle. This engineering is highly suitable for lubricating bearings, bushings, joints, and gears in heavy machinery, also allowing the combination of adjacent outlets for flow adjustment.
