The KIT ULTRA 1000 / SMART 1000 is a compact and complete automatic lubrication system designed to ensure effective maintenance of equipment in hard-to-reach areas or applications requiring high lubrication rates. The kit includes a pump, battery, and grease cartridge, making it ideal for demanding industrial settings.
Description
This system uses an electromechanical drive powered by a 6V battery and holds up to 1,000 cm³ of grease. Its robust and transparent housing allows visual inspection of grease levels. The KIT ULTRA 1000 / SMART 1000 is well-suited for equipment such as vibrating screens, rotary kilns, belt conveyors, and drag conveyors — especially where extended grease lines are needed, and direct access is limited.
The kit includes all essential components for setup: pump, battery, grease cartridge, protective cover, 1/4" male hose connection, and mounting bracket. Its versatility supports multiple grease types from the Mobil range, ensuring optimal performance across various applications and environments.
