The 1” Flat Face Quick Coupling is engineered for hydraulic systems that require frequent connection and disconnection under clean and secure conditions. Its robust design and flat-face interface minimize fluid loss and external contamination, making it ideal for high-pressure and high-demand industrial environments.
Description
Made from high-grade carbon steel with heat-treated wear components, this coupling offers exceptional mechanical strength. Connection and disconnection are done by retracting the sleeve on the female part—no tools required. The system is not designed for connection or disconnection under pressure. Sealing is ensured by NBR (nitrile rubber) and a PTFE anti-extrusion ring, delivering leak-free performance.
The coupling complies with ISO 11926-1 and SAE J1926-1 Series A standards, ensuring compatibility with other standardized components. The trivalent zinc Cr(III) coating provides strong corrosion resistance. The flat face prevents dirt ingress and makes external cleaning easier, reducing the risk of contamination during connection.
